at Spring Lake Ranch

Minimum stay: 6 months

Customizable service packages for effectiveness and affordability

Available to residents who meet their goals in the Elliot Program

Vocational counseling and side-by-side support

Longer-term stays with added independence

Private apartments and suites, plus a new Community Center

Our newly developed Banks Transitional Living Program (TLP) is designed for those needing longer-term, transitional programming with customizable services. Residents maintain their connection to the Ranch community and trusted clinical team, while also building competency in real-world routines—work, education, and personal management.

Housing and Facilities

Banks TLP is a “mini-neighborhood” on Spring Lake Ranch grounds. Private apartments and suites are available across three thoughtfully designed, light-filled buildings. Apartments have their own kitchens and bathrooms. Suites have private bathrooms and a large, shared kitchen. Each living space has its own balcony with beautiful views of the neighboring pastures and forests.

The open-concept Banks Community Center includes staff offices, a large gathering space, a kitchen for special events, and a cozy lounge area where residents can visit with family and friends.

*Appropriateness for the Banks Transitional Living Program will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Completion of the Ranch Program does not automatically indicate eligibility for transitional programs at Spring Lake Ranch. As these programs have a lower level of direct-staff oversight, factors that may determine eligibility include but are not limited to a resident’s safety history and substance use history. If it is determined that our transitional programs are not appropriate, Ranch staff will assist in pursuing alternative options.
