Banks Transitional Living Program
at Spring Lake Ranch
Taking the Next Step
We are excited to announce the Banks Transitional Living Program at Spring Lake Ranch (TLP), a project years in the making that will expand upon our successful step-down Elliot Program. The goal of the new program is to bridge the gap between structured residential care and independent living by emphasizing autonomy, responsibility, and continued therapeutic support.

The Banks TLP is designed for residents who are ready to move beyond Spring Lake Ranch’s core Therapeutic Work Program toward independent living. In the TLP, they will maintain their connection to the Ranch community and their trusted clinical team, while also building competency in real-world routines—work, education, and personal management. The Banks Transitional Living Program at Spring Lake Ranch will open in early 2026.
Facilities
The program is housed in a “mini-neighborhood” on SLR grounds between the gym and upper barn. Private apartments and suites are available across three thoughtfully designed, light-filled new buildings. Each living space has its own balcony with beautiful views of the neighboring pastures and forest.
The open-concept Banks Community Center includes TLP staff offices, a large gathering space for the entire Ranch community, a kitchen for special events, and a cozy floor-to-ceiling fireplace.
