Financial Aid

Spring Lake Ranch is pleased to offer two types of financial aid opportunities. As part of our 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, we’ve set a goal of doubling financial aid by 2030, which means we’ll be distributing one million dollar per year in assistance. These access funds are made possible by donor support and proceeds from the sale of Ranch-made products such as maple syrup.

Sarcka Fund
The Sarcka Fund, named in honor of our founders, exists to support individuals and families who might not otherwise be able to afford the Spring Lake program.

Justice, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (JEDI) Assistance
The Spring Lake Ranch JEDI Assistance is intended to provide support to individuals from underrepresented racial and ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, and/or socioeconomic statuses.

The assistance aims to support individuals from communities who historically haven’t had access to mental health or co-occuring mental health and substance abuse treatment.

While we ask all residents and clients to cover the costs of a portion of their treatment, we are committed to offering a significant percentage of the cost as part of this assistance. The average financial aid package covers about 40% of cost, but can cover up to 80% or more, depending on need.

“The Ranch does a good job of getting people up and out of bed and motivated to participate when you don’t think you are up for it. The staff is sincere and wants to help you.”
