Our Programs
Continuum of Care
Spring Lake Ranch (SLR) offers a robust continuum of care with four levels of support. Residents first enter the core Ranch Program where they participate in therapeutic work with individualized clinical treatment plans. Some residents will discharge from there while others will benefit from our two transitional living programs, allowing them to practice independence and gain practical living skills before moving off-site. Our aftercare program, Community PASS, is located in the surrounding Rutland County area, where residents live independently with access to support as needed.
There is continuity of staffing and programming (therapy, psychiatry, case management, recovery meetings, and access to activities) across each level, so that residents have familiar care from their first day at the Ranch to their last.
