Let us collaborate with you to find the best treatment solution for your patient or client with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
The Spring Lake Ranch program provides a fully integrated continuum of care including residential treatment, transitional programming, and aftercare with community-based services and support.
We partner extensively on a referral basis with psychiatric and medical providers at local and national levels, working collaboratively to determine the most effective course of treatment for each individual and their family.
We can help if your client or patient meets the following three criteria:
- 18 years or older
- Willing to take prescribed medication
- Struggle with one or several of the following:
- Depression (with or without psychosis)
- Anxiety
- Bi-polar (with or without psychosis)
- Mood disorder with psychotic features
- Schizoaffective
- Schizophrenia
- Schizotypal Personality Disorder
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Failure to Launch
- Personality disorders so long as not primary
Checklist for Providers
Spring Lake Ranch offers:
- Efficient review of referral “fit” by a dedicated admissions team on call 7 days a week
- Further stabilization, education and skills building
- Fine tuning of medication in a real-life setting, with real life expectations and daily structure
- Medication administration and secured med room
- Suboxone and other narcotics permitted when psychiatrically appropriate
- Psychiatry weekly with 24/7 on call for emergencies
- Onsite therapists and therapy between 1 and 3x/week as well as group therapy.
- Clean and sober campus with ample supports for dual diagnosis
- In-depth understanding of psychosis, mood disorders and learning differences
- An effective alternative for clients who prefer or need to move and “do” vs. sit in traditional talking groups
- Idyllic natural restorative setting
- A community where residents can connect to be part of something greater than themselves and their illness
- Ideas for alternative placement when there’s not a good fit in either of our two locations.
